We offer Food, Hygiene Products, Basic Toiletries, and Gender Affirming Clothing all over KS through a network of volunteers who help distribute it to those in need.

About Us

Hi there! Trans KS was born by fellow Trans people who felt the need for Trans Support by and for Trans people in the state of KS. We are a Charity that is going through the legal process of becoming a 501c3 organization. We aim to provide space for Trans people of all ages to be loved, accepted, valued, and safe!
